Kathy Lloyd
President
Kathy has worked in concrete for 30 years. She received an Associate Degree in Business from Central Virginia Community College. She has been involved in the World of Concrete and Women in Concrete. She currently serves as President of LCS and takes care of the day to day financial services.
Steve Lloyd
CEO of Operations
Steve is an U.S. Navy Veteran and started working in concrete in 1973. He is an ACI (American Concrete Institute) Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician as well as ACI Specialty Commercial/Industrial Flatwork Finisher and Technician. He is now a voting member of ACI 302 (Construction of Concrete Floors), ACI 640 (Craftsman Certification) and is an associate member of ACI 360 (Designs of Slabs on Ground) and ACI 117 (Tolerances). Steve is a former Region 4 director of ACPA (American Concrete Pumping Association). He also serves on the board of directors for the ASCC (American Society of Concrete Contractors). He is a member of AGC (American General Contractors) and is a certified pervious concrete installer. He is also certified by FACE Company and Allen Face for the Dipstick and F-Meter floor testing.
Ashley Lloyd Overstreet
Vice President/Steve Lloyd’s Personal Secretary
Ashley graduated from Central Virginia Community College with an Associate’s Degree in General Studies. She has been with the company for 6 years. Prior to working with Lloyd Concrete, she worked with Steve for more than 5 years.
Stevie Ray Lloyd
Project Manager/Estimator
Stevie Ray played Division I NCAA football for both Virginia Tech and Liberty University. He graduated from Liberty with a Degree in Sociology, Criminology, and Business. Stevie Ray helps lead the flatwork crews and checks on ongoing concrete pours around the country.
Jerry Brown
Chief Operations Manager: Concrete Forming Division
Jerry is an U.S. Coast Guard veteran. He has 12 years experience in residential construction and 25 years experience in commercial construction.
Bill Lackey
Chief Operations Manager: Concrete Pumping
Bill has over 20 years experience in Concrete Pumping. He has pumped concrete in 14 states and has extensive experience in numerous concrete pumping techniques.
Staton Angel
Human Resources/Assistant Safety Director
Staton has been with the company for 6 years and is currently in charge of all personnel information. She assists with all safety items and works in project accounting. She graduated from Central Virginia Community College with an Associate’s degree in Information Systems Technology.
Bill Self
Estimator
Bill has been in construction for over 20 years and heads our safety department as well as estimating and job coordination. He also leads our Decorative Concrete Division.
Marvin Myers
Flatwork Superintendent
Marvin has been working with Steve Lloyd for 23 years. He now has 2 of his sons working under him. He began as laborer and worked his way up to a superintendent. He is also an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/ Commercial Finisher and Technician. Working with Lloyd Concrete has been Marvin’s first and only job. Marvin says, “I make an honest good living and a good company to work for. I enjoy pouring concrete every day.”
Elvis Pannell
Flatwork Superintendent
Elvis has been working with Steve Lloyd for 25 years and now has 2 of his sons working under him as well. He started out doing curbs and gutters, walls, and grading. Over the years he advanced to finisher then superintendent. He is an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/Commercial Finisher and Technician.
Reno Harrison
Flatwork Superintendent
Reno has been working with Steve for 25 years. He started out as laborer and moved to finisher then up to superintendent. He is also an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/Commercial Finisher and Technician. He leads all the flatwork crews on jobs out of town.
William Parsons
Forming Superintendent
William has been in commercial construction for 17 years. He has been with Lloyd Concrete for 7 years.
Mike Cooper
Decorative Superintendent
Mike has over 6 years experience in decorative concrete. He has attended numerous decorative seminars, and has been certified in decorative concrete. He also is a certified Rustoleum installer.
