KATHY LLOYD
President
Kathy has worked in concrete for over 35 years. She received an Associate Degree in Business from Central Virginia Community College. Kathy has been involved in the World of Concrete and Women in Concrete. She currently serves as President of LCS and takes care of the day to day finances.
Stevie Ray Lloyd
CEO OF MAXXCRETE™
Stevie Ray played Division I football at Virginia Tech and Liberty University. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Sociology, Criminology, and Business. Stevie Ray is the CEO of MAXXCRETE™ Concrete Flooring. He coordinates concrete pours for all flatwork. Stevie Ray is a member of ACI, associate member of ACI 302 and a voting member of ACI 640. Stevie Ray sits on the ASCC Education Committee and on the Board of Directors of the DCC. He is a certified Industrial Flatwork finisher, steel fiber and pervious concrete installer. Stevie Ray is also a certified laser screed operator.
Steve LLOYD
CEO OF OPERATIONS
Steve is a U.S. Navy Veteran and started working in concrete in 1973. He is the founder of Lloyd Concrete Services and MAXXCRETE™ Concrete Floors. He is a ACI (American Concrete Institute) Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician as well as ACI Specialty Commercial/Industrial Flatwork Finisher and Technician. Steve is now a voting member of ACI 302 (Construction of Concrete Floors), ACI 640 (Craftsman Certification) and is an associate member of ACI 360 (Designs of Slabs on Ground), ACI 306 (Cold Weather Concrete) and he is a certified fiber installer. Steve is a former Region 4 director of ACPA (American Concrete Pumping Association). He also serves on the board of directors for the ASCC (American Society of Concrete Contractors). He is a member of AGC (American General Contractors) and is a certified pervious concrete installer.
Duck LloyD
VP OF MAXXCRETE™
William Duck Lloyd is a ACI certified Industrial floor finisher, pervious concrete installer, laser screed operator. He coordinates with his older brother on the finishing operations. In his spare time, Duck professionally races quads for Team Can/AM J.B. Racing on the national circuit.
Ashley Lloyd Overstreet
VICE PRESIDENT
Ashley graduated from Central Virginia Community College with an associate degree in General Studies. She has been with the company for over 15 years. Ashley takes care of parole and assist Kathy in the finances of the company
Mike Wildmon
EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mike has been in the concrete pumping business since 1981 and has been with Lloyd Concrete for over 15 years. With his 35 years of experience Mike is one of the most knowledgeable persons in our industry. Mike keeps all the equipment in shape and ready for any task that comes our way. Mike also heads up a lot of our complicated pours and projects.
Elvis Pannell
FLATWORK SUPERINTENDENT
Elvis has been working with Steve Lloyd for over 30 years and now has 2 of his sons working under him as well. He started out doing curbs and gutters, walls, and grading. Over the years he advanced to finisher then superintendent. He is an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/Commercial Finisher and Technician.
Marvin Myers
FLATWORK SUPERINTENDENT
Marvin has been working with Steve Lloyd for 30 years. He now has 2 of his sons working under him. He began as laborer and worked his way up to a superintendent. He is also an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/ Commercial Finisher and Technician. Working with Lloyd Concrete has been Marvin’s first and only job. Marvin says, (“I make an honest good living and is a good company to work for. I enjoy pouring concrete every day.”)
Michael Cooper
FORMING AND DECORATIVE SUPERVISOR
Mike has over 15 years’ experience in decorative concrete. He has attended numerous decorative seminars and has been certified in decorative concrete. Mike also is a certified Rustoleum installer.

Staton has been with the company for over 15 years and is currently in charge of all personnel information. She assists with all safety items and works in project accounting. She graduated from Central Virginia Community College with an associate degree in Computer Systems Technology.
Chris Tomlinson
PROJECT MANAGER / Senior ESTIMATor
Chris came to Lloyd concrete 5 years ago. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in marketing. Chris got his experience of concrete working in the field with the form, and flat crews. Chris then moved into project management and estimating for the company.
John Creasey
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PROJECT COORDINATOR
John started his career in the concrete pumping industry in 1999. Over the years John worked his way from a pump operator to sales and now management. His role to the pumping business is to maintain a healthy workload, customer relations and help manage the pumping business at Lloyd Concrete Services.
Reno Harrison
FLATWORK SUPERINTENDENT
Reno has been working with Steve for 25 years. He started out as laborer and moved to finisher then up to superintendent. He is also an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/Commercial Finisher and Technician. He leads all the flatwork crews on jobs out of town and is a certified laser screed operator.
Kevin Thomas
FLATWORK SUPERINTENDENT
Kevin has been with Lloyd Concrete for 2 years and is an upcoming leader in the flat work division. Kevin has over 15 year’s experience and is an ACI certified Finisher and Technician as well as an ACI Industrial/Commercial Finisher and Technician. Our industry needs more hard working, young dependable men like Kevin in the future
Jeff Rowland
FORMWORK SUPERINTENDENT
Jeff Rowland has been doing concrete finishing for over 20 years. He is experienced in all aspects of concrete finishing. He is certified to do concrete polishing, Rustoleum installation and is also a certified laser screed operator. Jeff is a universal employee and can work in any area of concrete construction.
